Nick formed the concept of LenderLine as a means to establish partnerships between private lenders, brokers and borrowers so that all parties could achieve equal success in a transaction. The relationships which have formed since have driven the company to prioritize the development of these connections as one of LenderLine’s cornerstone principles. In 1985, Nick began his career in the financial field with the largest group insurer in Canada, where he was trained to run one of the company’s thirty-two branches. He spent several years with the company before moving into successful tenures in automotive goods distribution and capital leasing. In 2006, Nick joined a national mortgage brokerage firm and has since gained over thirteen years of industry experience in this field. Nick brings a fresh entrepreneurial attitude to private lending and challenges traditional concepts by bringing positive and original solutions into his business process. As a community volunteer for many years, Nick believes in forming lifelong relationships and friendships within his community. re to edit. |
